Pharaonic Seal

A Pharaonic seal in the form of a ring, set in a golden frame, made of amethyst or amethyst-like semi-precious stone with a transparent blue color, bearing a Pharaonic inscription meaning "Beloved of Ra," where Ra is the ancient Egyptian sun god. The ring dates back to the Middle Bronze Age II and was found in a tomb in Samu'a, south of Hebron.
